You have reached this registration form (“Registration Form“) because you wish to register to a convention, conference or other event (“Event(s)“), and FinTLV 2 Capital Management Ltd. (“FinTLV”, “we”, “our” or “us”), as the organizer of such Event(s), may collect certain personal information directly from you, as detailed below, for the purposes specified herein. 

YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING, TRANSFER AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DETAILED IN THIS FORM. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND THAT SUCH INFORMATION IS VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED TO US. 

What kind of personal information is collected from you? We will collect from you any information that you provide as part of the Registration Form, which may include your full name, e-mail address, country, workplace and title (“Personal Information”).  

For what purposes we will use your personal information? We may use your personal information in order to register you to the Event, produce for you a customized name tag, enable communications with you regarding the Event, subscribe you to our newsletter and send you commercial materials which may be of your interest.   

With whom we may share your personal data? Your information is not shared by us with any third party, other than in the following cases: (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce this privacy notice and to defend against any claims or demands asserted against us by you or on your behalf; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) by virtue of undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets of FinTLV, so long as such acquirer maintains the same privacy terms hereunder; (e) to our authorized service providers, such as data hosting service providers (which may be located outside of Israel, provided that such service providers ensure adequate privacy safeguards as required under applicable laws); or (f) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure. 

Consent for receiving commercial materials: You hereby agree that we may use the contact details you provided us with (including, without limitation, e-mail address) for the purpose of providing you commercial and/or non-commercial materials related to our current and/or future activities and/or products. You may withdraw your consent by sending a written notice to unsubscribe@fintlv.com or alternatively follow the instructions for removing yourself from the mailing list which are available in the message transmitted to you.  

Your rights under applicable privacy laws: If you wish to access, correct, amend or delete personal information we are processing about you, please send us an email to: unsubscribe@fintlv.com and we will enable you to fulfil such rights, to the extent it is required under applicable laws. Please note that your personal information which is no longer required by us for the purpose for which it was initially collected by us will be deleted unless we have a valid justification to retain it which is permitted under applicable law, such as to resolve disputes or comply with our legal obligations.
